Cancellation and Refund

1. I cannot participate in the conference or part of the conference. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that you may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations, without exception, must be made in writing via email to the UCC Conference Office and include the delegate’s Order Number. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. The UCC Conference Office will accordingly rebate your payment as follows:

  • Notification in writing 60 days prior to the event: full refund less €20 administration fee;
  • Notification in writing 30 days prior to the event: 50% refund;
  • Notification less than 30 days prior to the event: no refund.
  • UCC reserves the right to cancel any event, in which case registration fee would be refunded fully.
