Registration Fees are in Euro.

Registration fees include: Access to all sessions – Coffee breaks – Lunches – Welcome Reception on August 26th – Gala dinner on August 27th – Guide led UCC walking tour on August 28th – Technical tour on August 29th – Conference bag – Proceedings.

Students shall provide proof of their ‘student’ status.


Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat (conferenceucc@ucc.ie)
–  Cancellation received before June 30 2019 – 70% refund.
–  Cancellation received after June, 30 2019 or no notice – no refund.
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded following deduction of unavoidable expenses.
No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance. In case of regular registration and missed participation, the Organising Secretariat will send the conference abstract book upon request of the registered participant. The forwarding of the proceedings will invalidate each claim for reimbursement.
All refunds will be processed after the event.

Credit card payment is the main method of payment of delegate fees, if for some reason you are unable to pay the fee by this method, please contact conferenceucc@ucc.ie directly with your query.
