We are delighted to host Ms. Ann Keating, Solicitor and Mr. Kevin Prendergast, Compliance Officer, two speakers from the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement, who will update us on recent case law on Restriction and Disqualification of Directors and guide us through the new undertaking procedure under the Companies Act 2014. We will also host Professor Michelle Welsh of Monash University, Melbourne, Australia who will provide insights from the Australian experience.
