European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (EWTEC) 2017

The UCC Conference Office, in its role as conference organiser, is processing your personal data on behalf of EWTEC. Your personal data is collected and used by the UCC Conference Office for the purpose of facilitating your attendance at EWTEC 2017. Your personal data will be held securely and confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties other than EWTEC stakeholders including other delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, track directors, organising committee, paper presenters, side event providers and student support. The information that may be given to EWTEC stakeholders is limited to your name, country of origin and company (if applicable) with the exception of EWTEC sponsors who may also be given your email address for the purpose of carrying out attendance spot checks only. Finally, there will be some photography and videography taking place during the conference. If you do not wish to appear in any publicity materials, please report to the reception desk on the day of the conference. By registering to attend EWTEC 2017, you are consenting to the processing of your personal data in this manner. Registration is now closed. Registration cancellations received in writing prior to July 30th, 2017 will be refunded in full.
